Capturing a New Licence Key

TaxPacc requires a valid license key.

The license key can be updated by a System Administrator or a Super Administrator.

A new license key is captured under Help and Enter new License Key on the menu.



You will then be presented with a Enter License Key window where the license key can be captured. The license key is pasted into the window (ensure the whole key is copied before pasting).











Enter your licence key and select Continue. You will be logged out and presented with the login window.

If the license has expired you will be required to login as a Super Administrator to enter a new license key. Contact IT admin to provide the Super Administrator username and password or contact XNOVOS for support on this portal.
