Help, I can't login!

Login Help

 

If the login screen (image below) does not appear on opening TaxPacc it indicates that you are not able to connect to the database.

There could be several reasons for this:

  1. Your computer is not connected to the network
  2. The TaxPacc server may be in maintenance mode or not available
  3. A firewall may be blocking communications between your computer and the server

Please submit a ticket if your login screen is not appearing.
